Claire Andresen

Executive Director

Claire has worked in the Intellectual and Developmental Disability field since 2016. Beginning her career as a counselor working with campers in the I/DD community, to DSP, and eventually advancing into office management for five years, she developed a strong foundation in both direct care and operational leadership.

With a passion for serving the I/DD community, Claire went on to establish her own agency, bringing with her extensive knowledge and experience gained from her previous roles. She is committed to building a strong foundation of care—not only for the individuals served, but also for the dedicated providers who make high-quality care possible.

Tim Andresen

Billing and Payroll Specialist

Tim is here to help with all of your timekeeping and payroll questions and issues that may arise. Serving our DSPs and making their work a little easier is his top priority. He will also help with other office tasks, hiring, and communicating with DSPs and clients to ensure service is as good as it can be.

As a compliance specialist for A New Beginning Home Care, Travis is committed to making sure our services meet the highest standards. His main goal is keep our DSPs up to date on care standards to provide the best care possible.
