We know how hard our caregivers work, and we believe they deserve the best possible support and pay we can offer. Our software is simple to use, and we make compliance easy with remote trainings you can complete from anywhere on your phone or computer.

All of our caregivers are offered $30/hour after their first 90 days.

Benefits include 401K/IRA with contribution matching, Sick Leave, Paid Trainings, Mileage Reimbursement, No Holidays, and Flexible Schedules. We will be rolling out a healthcare plan offering in 2026.
